Abstract
Researches on the influence of managerial ownership, dividend policy, funding decisions and profitability on firm value have been done previously. However, these studies show inconsistent results.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of managerial ownership, dividend policy, funding decisions and profitability on firm value in the banking sector in Indonesia. The data in this study were processed using SPSS version 23. The number of samples used in this study were 70 observations in the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017.This study uses a purposive sampling method. Analysis of the data used in this study is the classic assumption test and for the hypothesis tested using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership, dividend policy and funding decisions do not affect the value of the company while the profitability variable influences the value of the company.
