Abstract
ability and cash flow against financial distress. Financial distress as dependent variabel measured by earning per share. The independent variabel in this study measured by current ratio, debt assets ratio, return on equity, and cash flow ratio. This research used quantitative method. The population in this study is all manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. Based on purposive sampling method, acquired 117 companies that the research sample. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange for all manufacturing company in 2015-2017. Data analysis teqhnique used is logistic regression analysis. The result showed that profitabilty had a significant effect on the financial distress, while liquidity, leverage, and cash flow does not have a significant effect on the financial distress.
