Abstract
This research aims to analyze the performance of PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Juanda Airport by using four perspectives of Balanced Scorecard such as learning, customer, business internal processes, learning and development perspectives. This research was carried out at PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Juanda airport in finance, operations, personnel and general divisions, as well as the customers of data were analyzed descriptive-qualitative. The data collecting was done through field research consisting of interviews, observation, documentation and library research. Data were analyzed by descriptive qualitative. The results of research showed that the performance of financial perspective consist of: net profit ratio, return on investment, and return on capital over the years tended to decline. While non-financial performance perspectives which consist of customer, business internal processes and learning and development perspectives have a good performance. From customer’s side, the company is able to provide good service so that customers feel satisfied. Key words : Performance measurement, balanced scorecard, finance perspective, customer perspective, business internal process perspective, learning and development perspective.
