Abstract
The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of variable Dividend Per Share, Return On Equity, and Net profit Margin of the company’s changes in Stock Price Manufacturing listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2013. This research uses quantitative data type.The population included in this research were 148 Manufacturing Companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, using the purposive sampling technique as a sample companies only 40 companies data. The results of this research indicate that the variable Dividend Per Share, Return On Equity, and Net Profit Margin simultaneously significant that the variable changes in Stock Price. It can be seen from the value of the Ftest with 0,000 less than α = 0,05, and the Adjusted R Square shows the number 0,605 which means that these variables accounted for 60,5% of changes in stock price. In partial Net Profit Margin does not significantly influence the changes in stock price with a significance of 0,29, while the Dividend Per Share and Return On Equity variables significantly influence the changes in Stock Price with a significance of 0,005 and 0,001.
