Abstract
TQM is a management system that elevates the quality as a business strategy and customer satisfaction oriented, involving all members of the organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of TQM and reward system for employee performance minimarket indomaret in Surabaya. There is the purpose of this study is for knowing the influence of TQM and reward system on Indomart minimarket employee performance. The population in this study is indomart are place in Surabaya and sample are employees at cashier part. It was used purposive sampling as data withdrawal method. The result of this study show that TQM variable and reward system are simultanly significant on employee performance, it seen on significancy value that less five percents. Meanwhile, on analysis result employee satisfaction, employee empowerment that partially significant on employee performance.
