Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze whether the variable LDR, LAR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, ROA and FBIR simultaneously and partially significant effect on return on assets (ROA) of the Bank for Regional Development. The sampling method using purposive sampling technique, the sample in this research are BPD Bali, BPD West Sumatera, BPD South Sumatera and Bangka Belitung. This research uses documentation method and secondary data. The research data was taken from the report financial publications bank issued from the Regional Development Bank for the period in 2012 first quarter to 2016 fourth quarter, using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Based on the results of the research that the variable LDR, LAR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, BOPO and FBIR, simultaneously have a significant influence on ROA in Regional Development Banks. In addition, LDR, FBIR partially have a positive and significant effect on ROA. However, BOPO partially negatively and significantly affects ROA. Meanwhile, APB, IRR have positive and insign ificant effect on ROA. And also LAR, IPR, NPL partially have negative influence and not significant to ROA. Among the eight independent variables studied were LDR, LAR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, ROA and FBIR, that the variable most dominant BOPO own contribution to ROA amounted to 79.21 percent compared to other independent variables Keywords: Bank, Liquidity, Asset Quality, Sensitivity, Efficiency and Profitability
