Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of trust on the website, customer satisfaction and the perceived value of word of mouth users of social media line in Surabaya. Data collection method used is the technique of distributing questionnaires distributed to 104 respondents. Analyzer used in this research is SPSS. While sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling by using likert scale 5 point as measurement tool. The results obtained from this study is to show that the trust on the website have a significant effect on word of mouth. While the customer satisfaction and the value that is felt not have a significant effect on word of mouth. Keywords : Trust on website, User satisfaction, perceived value, Word Of Mouth
