Abstract
Internet banking is a network of modern technology that has innovated more efficiently in order to facilitate customers in performing various forms of transactions. This research is conducted in order to know the influence of internet banking service for the user. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of business expectation on internet banking usage with mediation of intention to use internet banking BNI in Surabaya. This study took 100 respondents by using purposive sampling technique. The result that with the service on internet banking has a significant effect on the expectation of internet banking usage by mediating the intention of using internet banking. Meanwhile, the intention of using internet banking has the smallest value of 0.324 to internet banking usage with significant tstatistic equal to 4,0997 (p> 1,96) and business expectation is the most important factor in internet banking usage at BNI in Surabaya because it has value 0,331 to intention with Tstatistic of 4.392 (p> 1.96).
