Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Operational Income Operating Income (BOPO) on Non-Performing Loans (NPL). The sample used in this study is a foreign exchange private bank listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange totaling 32 conventional commercial banks. The data used in this study were obtained from the annual financial statements published by conventional commercial banks with the 2013-2016 observation period. This research is a type of quantitative research because it uses secondary data. Data retrieval technique uses documentation method. The analysis method used in this study is multiple regression analysis. Based on research obtained by the F test results stated that the variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Baiya Operational Income (BOPO) have a significant effect on Non-Performing Loans (NPLs). In t test the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has no significant effect on Non-Performing Loans (NPLs). And Baiya Operational Operating Income (BOPO) has a significant effect on Non-Performing Loans (NPLs). Keywords :Capital Adequacy Ratio, Loan To Deposit, Biaya Operasinal Pendapatan Operasional. xv
