Abstract
This study aimed to know the effect of Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure on the company value registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Board commissioners, managerial ownership, and audit committe are proxy of good corporate governance. Sample research used manufacturing companies registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2015 by using purposive sampling technique. Types of data is secondary data that is in form of annual reports sourced from website of Indonesia Stock Exchange. Results of the study prove that managerial ownership has positive and significant effect to the company value, board commissioners and audit committe have positive and haven’t significant effect to the company value. The study also proved that Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure has positive and hasn’t significant effect to the company value. Keywords :GCG, CSR disclosure, company value
