Abstract
The income of local own revenues is a significant sources for routine and development expenditure in local goverment. This is evidenced by the growth of local tax revenue is increasing from year to year. The amount of local taxation income is influenced by the kind of local taxation which is being implemented and adjusted by rule that is implemented. The purpose of this study is the amount contribusion of local tax revenue to local own revenue in district of Sidoarjo Sidoarjo. This research uses method descriptive. Tecnical analysis of the data used is through the analysis of local tax revenue percentage. The result of this research indicate that in period 2011-2015 local tax contribute to local own revenues well because reached an average of 55%. The government needs to explore the potensial PAD resources especially local tax income. Keywords: local own revenue, local tax revenue, method descriptive
