Abstract
Dividend policy is very important to be owned by a public company to set division of dividend income. Dividend policy can also be one of the factors investors invest in shares in the company. Manufacturing companies are companies that process raw materials into semi-finished materials or finished materials that will be sold to consumers. In general, the company has set its own dividend policy. In fact, although dividend policies have been established by the company, but the company does not routinely pay dividends to its shareholders. That is because the company estimates the factors that benefit the company and adjust to the profit of the year. Therefore, companies should pay attention to dividend policy. The purpose of this research is to know dividend policy at manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. The type of data used in this study is the type of secondary data in the form of audited corporate financial statements. The impact of this research is the company can more try to get a positive net profit so that it can share dividends to its shareholders in accordance with policies that have been arranged by the company before.
