Abstract
The main purpose of the business of banks is to provide benefits to fund all operations, ranging from operations to business expansion in the future . This is helpful to improve the bank's most important asset in order to continue to grow and envolve , while still focusing on business risks in the bank meyertainya . This study aims to analyze the risks of business consisting of NPL , LDR , IPR , IRR , PDN , BOPO, CAR and composite scores on the GCG to retun on Assets ( ROA ). This study used a sample of research at State Bank in Indonesia, which consists of BNI, BRI, Mandiri and BTN period of 2008 until 2012. Analysis used in this study is a descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of this study is that the NPL, LDR, IPR and GCG significant negative effect to ROA and insignificant positive effect CAR to ROA. The positive effect on IRR significant variables to ROA and variable BOPO significant negative effect to ROA. All of the variables are have the greatest contribution effect to ROA is variable IRR. It is 23.52%. Key word : Business risks banks and GCG
