Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of liquidity, profitability, dividend policy and debt policy to corporate value. Company value is measured by liquidity (cash ratio), profitability (Return on Equity), dividend policy (Dividend Payout Ratio), debt policy (debt to equity ratio). This research uses quantitative approach with multiple linear regression method. This study uses research data in the form of manufacturing companies incorporated in basic industrial sectors and chemicals listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2016. Total research data used is 113 companies. The results showed that in Basic and Chemical Industry Sector period 2011-2016; CR, ROE, DPR, DER. simultaneously affect the value of the company. Partially cash ratio have negative effect not significant to firm value, return on equity have positive significant effect to firm value. Pay per division ratio have positive effect not significant to firm value. debt to equity ratio has a negative effect not significant to firm value.
