Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine whether the LDR, IPR, LAR, APB, NPL, IRR, BOPO, and FBIR both simultaneously and partially have significant and which variable has the dominant effection CAR. Population of this research is Regiona Development Banks with using purposive sampling methods. This research use secondary data taken from the financial report from period I quarter of 2013 until IV quarter of 2017 with the sample consists of Regional Development Bank Aceh, Regional Development Bank West Kalimantan, and Regional Development Bank Papua. The file collected methods used documentation methods and the technique file analysis used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result show that LDR, IPR, LAR, APB, NPL, IRR, BOPO, and FBIR simultaneously have significant influence on CAR and LDR partially have significant influence on CAR and LDR partially have significant influence on CAR. The dominant variable is LDR with a contribution of 9.92 percent. Keyword : liquidity, asset quality, sensitivity to market, efficiency, profitablitiy, capital adequacy ratio
