Abstract
This research aims to analyze whether the LDR, IPR, LAR, NPL, APN, IRR, PDN, BOPO, FBIR, and ROA have significant influence simultaneously and partial to CAR on Foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Banks Go Public. The sample of this research are three banks, namely: Bank QNB Indonesia, Tbk, Bank Sinarmas, Tbk, and Bank Bukopin, Tbk. Data and collecting data method in this research is secondary data which is taken from financial report of Foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Banks Go Public. Bank started from I quarter period of 2013 until IV quarter period of 2017. The technique of data analyzing is descriptive analyze and using multiple regression linier analyze, f test and t test. The result of the research show that LDR, IPR, LAR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO, FBIR, and ROA have significant influence simultaneously to CAR on Foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Banks Go Public. IRR partially have positive significant influence to CAR on Foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Banks Go Public. LDR and APB partially have positive unsignificant influence to CAR on Foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Banks Go Public. IPR, LAR, and FBIR partially have negative significant influence to CAR on foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Banks Go Public .NPL, PDN, BOPO and ROA partially have negative unsignificant influence to CAR on Foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Banks Go Public.
