Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of solvability ratio (debt to equity ratio), activity (total assets turn over), profitability (return on assets and net profit margin) and market performance (price earning ratio) toward dividend policy (dividend payout ratio) on manufacturing listed in indonesia stock exchange. This research using period 2011-2016. This research using quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis. The result of this research represent that debt to equity ratio, total assets turn over, retun on assets, net profit margin, and price earning ratio simultaneously have a significant impact toward dividend payout ratio. Partially, debt to equity ratio have a negative significant impact toward dividend payout ratio, total assets turn over have a negative insignificant imapct toward dividend payout ratio, return on assets have a positive significant impact toward dividend payout ratio, net profit margin have a positive insignificant impact toward dividend payout ratio, price earning ratio have a positive significant impact toward dividend payout ratio.
