Abstract

This study aims to analyze and obtain evidence of the perceived ease of use on behavioral intention through perceived usefulness and attitude in using internet banking. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the Bank CIMB Niaga Bank in particular in order to deliver services faster and easier for its customers. The object of this study is the CIMB Niaga Bank customers who use internet banking. Data used in this study is the primary data, and data searching used questionnaire directly using census method. The results showed that perceived ease of use significantly influence the perceived usefullness perceived ease of use does not significantly influence the perceived usefullness, perceived ease of use does not significantly influence the attitude, perception of the benefit of a significant effect on attitude, attitude significant effect on behavioral intention, perceived ease of use does not significantly influences behavioral intentions and perceptions of benefits has no effect to the intention of this study the behavior of the respondent.
