Abstract

The background of this research is the Sharia Bank which is in operational implementation using the principle of profit sharing system and avoid the interest system. Bank BRISyariah plays a role in helping the community to fulfill one of its requirement as Muslims which is pilgrimage. Every Sharia Bank in offering its products must be competition, so they need a perfect strategy selling their products. The purpose of this study is to determine the marketing strategy by Bank BRISyariah Kanca Siodarjo, otherside to knowing the promotion method by Bank BRISyariah Kanca SIdoarjo. This research uses descriptive research with qualitative approach which all data obtained through observation and interview. The result of research at Bank BRISyariah Kanca Sidoarjo proves that marketing strategy is very important to increasing the number of customers at Bank BRISyariah Kanca Sidoarjo. Strategies by Bank BRISyariah to Hajj savings products include creating a branding that is easy to remember and understand, as well as selling by door to door and come directly to the gathering group. The implementation of this research is Bank BRISyariah Kanca Sidoarjo can increase the number of customers, especially Haji savings customers.
