Abstract
Banking is one of the financial institutions that have a very important role to the movement of the economy wheel in Indonesia. As it is known that bank is a business entity that collects funds from the people in the form of deposits and distributes them in the form of credit. One form of credit offered by the bank is consumer loans in the form of Housing Loans. Home Ownership Loans are credit facilities given by the bank to the the customers who need a special loans to fulfill the needs of home purchases. This final assignment aims to know the implementation procedure of Housing Ownership Credit at PT. Bank Z Surabaya. In the research conducted, the type of data used is qualitative data and quantitative data by conducting interview with the bank. Based on the research, it can be concluded that The Procedure of Implementation of Home Ownership Credit at PT. Bank Z Surabaya starting from submission of application, complete the credit requirements, files checking, interview and survey, credit approval, realization and credit disbursement, to the way of handling for the obstacles faced.
