Abstract
In an increasingly advanced era, the existence of financial institutions is needed by the community, both for consumption and productive needs. However, most people only know financing from banks. While there are still other institutions such as Leasing Companies, which the process of filing and disbursement is much faster and easier than Banking. One of them is PT BFI Finance Indonesia, Tbk. This study aims to determine definitively the terms and procedures of Granting Non Dealer Financing Car (NDF Car) in PT BFI Finance Indonesia, Tbk. Surabaya Branch Office 2. To obtain the required data in the preparation of this Final Project, used several methods of data collection analysis such as: interview method, literature study method, and documentation study. The results showed that the procedure of granting NDF Car in BFI Surabaya 2 is Sale and Leaseback procedure in general in Leasing company. Suggestion given on the basis of this research is the requirement of ceiling counter application and special installment of Business Agency. The implication of the suggestion in this research is to cut the complicated bureaucracy, because the Business Agency and the prospective debtor no longer need to wait for the Relationship Executive Agency to calculate the debt ceiling and installment.
