Abstract
PT AJ Manulife Indonesia Surabaya is an insurance company in Indonesia, which is tasked to provide health and welfare guarantee in the future by offering products one of them is Manulife Lifestyle Protector. This observation aims to find out the procedure of claiming the product of Manulife Lifestyle Protector at PT AJ. Manulife Indonesia Surabaya. Writing This final project uses qualitative research methods with interview and observation techniques. From the observation it can be seen that the claim can be disbursed if the specified requirements have been met well. The requirements have been met then the procedures in the filing of claims are: Notice, Document Accomplishment, Testing and Rejection or Claim Approval and Claim Payments. Conclusion from observation procedure of claiming product of Manulife Lifestyle Protector at PT AJ. Manulife Indonesia Surabaya is in accordance with the applicable provisions and has been well implemented by Agent and Customer Service but it would be better if the procedure is reviewed so that the implementation is expected to simplify and accelerate the process of liquefying the claim of Manulife Lifestyle Protector products at PT AJ.
