Abstract
PDAM Delta Tirta Sidoarjo is one of the companies engaged in the service sector and is a BUMN that has the aim of increasing regional income by providing services such as selling and providing clean water for daily activities. PDAM has a vision and mission that is by improving the performance of the company, one of them financial performance, the purpose of this study to asses financial performance by analyzing financial statements based on financial ratios, namely the ratio of liquidity solvency and profitability,but the financial performance of PDAM Delta Tirta Sidoarjo in the last five years is good, PDAM Delta Sidoarjo must maintain the performance of the company and must keep the achievement to maintain its existence as a BUMN Keywords:Financial performance, performance appraisal, financial ratios
