Abstract
Economic development in Indonesia is currently very competitive, very easy for companies and services in Indonesia. Therefore, it applies to companies to continue to innovate and so that their performance can continue and compete with other companies. If the company cannot work on its performance, the operations will not run for a long time so that it can cause a setback for the company. If the company has a setback it will open to bankruptcy. Bankruptcy can be used by analyzing Z-score financial statements to determine the company's financial condition and assessing the company's performance whether in healthy, vulnerable (gray) conditions or bankruptcy. Service companies are interesting enough to be used as an example, especially transportation companies, due to various projects that are in the process, with the number of employees and branch offices in Indonesia. Bore these things to mobilize the entire society of Indonesia. This study uses primary data such as financial statements and company data in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 as well as secondary data derived from books, journals and research with quantitative analysis techniques to analyze Z-score and descriptive by analyzing the results of calculations. The result of this research shows that PT. X is explicit in conditions prone to bankruptcy (gray area), because in three consecutive years the value of Z-score is less than healthy company condition. Therefore, other Employers of the Parties undertake work-improvements within the enterprise and evaluate such performance. In the coming year PT. X can continue to run and not issuing bankruptcy.
