Abstract
Koperasi Warga Semen Gresik is one of the largest cooperatives in Southeast Asia established by PT. Semen Indonesia that brings together members from permanent employees and retired PT. Semen Indonesia Group. One of the activities carried out in the Koperasi Warga Semen Gresik is the distribution of the remaining result of operation. The remaining business results are profits given to members, the business carried out by the cooperative is carried out by the savings and loan department staff. Distribution of the remaining result of operation is carried out twice in one period (one year), the acquisition of SHU funds for each member with members in making transactions, the more transactions that are made by the number of members of the remaining business results that will be even greater. Every cooperative has different policies and regulations and accordance with member agreement. In the system and procedure for the distribution of the remaining result of operation in Koperasi Warga Semen Gresik, it is carried out transparently, so that each member knows.
