Abstract
In the era of modernization, everything reined by technology that has been develop over time, which one is internet banking, a technology that use web browser software and internet as a media to do some banking activities. The main purpose of this research is to know what kind of respond the customer give to the used of internet banking in customer’s services. While the others are about procedure, facilities, security, obstacles, and solutions for it of internet banking. The data that have been used for research was made from survey with the customers by questionnaire, interview with its officer and documentations by the books, website, brochure, and files in webs. The output of this research is a statement that many customers of BJB Bank Surabaya Branch that use internet banking very agree with the used of internet banking in customer services. The implication of this research are increasing help solution for customer that forget their user ID, have some routine control and maintenance for BJB bank’s internet banking to decreasing its trouble in network, and have some presentation/education to help customers to increasing their own way of security in using internet banking.
