Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the cause of the decrease in Net Interest Margin in the Largest Conventional Bank in Indonesia. This study aims to determine whether LDR, LAR, IPR, NPL, IRR, FBIR, and GCG have a significant and partial effect simultaneously. on the NIM. This research was examined using the SPSS Statistics 23.0 application. The method of entering data in this study is secondary data from 2013 to 2017. Data analysis techniques are analytical and multiple linear regression. The research sample used purposive sampling method. The results of this study are LDR, LAR, IPR, NPL, IRR, FBIR and GCG have no significant effect on the NIM. The results of this study are (1) LDR, LAR, IPR, NPL does not have a significant negative effect on the NIM. (2) FBIR, GCG does not have a significant positive influence on the NIM. (3) IRR has a significant influence on the NIM. Keywords: Liquidity, Asset Quality, Market Sensitivity, Efficiency, GCG.
