Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of future orientation, money attitude and self-control on retirement planning. The number of respondents from this study is 300 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study explain that the future orientation, money attitude and self-control have a positive effect on the planning of retirement fund. The results of this increase the financial knowledge and sense of self-control in order to be more wise in managing finances so as to be able to plan the retirement fund.
