Abstract

The Bank is one of the financial institutions engaged in finance. In day-to-day activities the bank has a business purpose which is to get a large profit continuously so that it can continue the life of the bank to be guaranteed and develop in the future. Factors that can affect the ROA of a bank include liquidity, asset quality, market sensitivity, and efficiency aspects. This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, asset quality, market sensitivity, and efficiency simultaneously, partial to ROA in private banks. The sample used in this study is 3 Conventional Foreign Exchange National Private Banks. The results of this study are simultaneously LDR, IPR, LAR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO, and FBIR variables have a significant effect on ROA in Conventional Foreign Exchange National Private Banks, while partially LDR variables have a significant positive effect on ROA, BOPO has a significant negative effect on ROA while the variables of IPR, APB, and IRR have a non-significant positive effect on ROA and LAR, NPL, PDN and FBIR having a negative and insignificant effect on ROA.
