Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of dividend policy, financing decisions, and investment decisions on the firm value. Firm value on this research measured by Price to Book Value (PBV). Dividend Policy is measured by dividend payout ratio (DPR). Financing decisions is measured by debt to equity ratio (DER) and investment measured by total assets growth (TAG). The data used in this study is a secondary data, namely the financial statements of manufacturing companies that go public in 2014-2016, especially listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling method. Samples that passed the criteria in this study were 55 manufacturing companies. Data processing method used is multiple linear regression method. The result showed that the dividend policy, financing desicions, investment decisions simultaneously have a significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile partially, dividend policy has a positive and insignificant effect. Financing decisions and investment decisions has positif significant effect on firm value.
