Abstract
In this modern era, many new technologies are emerging that cause someone's need to increase. This can affect the finances of a person, in order to overcome this, people must be able to carry out financial management properly. it is enable a person to manage or control daily expenses and of course for the future. Based on this phenomenon, this study aims to determine the effect of financial knowledge, internal locus of control and spiritual intelligence on the financial management behavior of BUMN and private workers. Respondents in this study were people who lived in Mojokerto, amounting to 113 people, were workers with a minimum income of Rp. 3,000,000 per month, with the analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this research showed that internal locus of control and spiritual intelligence have a significant positive effect on the behavior of financial management, while financial knowledge has no significant positive influence on financial management behavior.
