Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of financial literacy, internal locus of control, and marital status of retirement planning. There were 300 respondents in Surabaya who have total income criteria of at least Rp. 4.000.000 per month, at least have 2 years working experience and as a family financial manager. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of this study shows that the financial literacy and internal locus of control have positive effect of retirement planning. While marital status don’t have significant impact in retirement planning. Key words: financial literacy, internal locus of control, marital status, and retirement planning.
