Abstract
Every company has the main goal of maximizing the prosperity of the owner by increasing the value of the firm. Value of the firm is related to the stock price. Corporate value is influenced by several factors such as investment decisions, financing decisions, dividen policies, and profitability. This study aimed to examine the effect of invetment decisions, financing decision, dividend policy, and profitabilitas to the value of manufacturing company. The sampel in this study are 35 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange 2011-2016 period. This study used purposive sampling method in determining sample and multiple regression analysis to examine the effect of independent variables on the depentdent variable. The results of this study indicate that investment decisions are measured by Total Assets Growth significant positive effect to the firm value. Financing decisions as measured by Debt to Equity Ratio insignificant effect to the firm value. Dividend policy as measured by Dividend Payout Ratio insignificant effect to the firm value. Profitability as measured by Return On Equity Ratio significant positive effect to the firm value. Key words : value of the firm, investement decisions, financing decisions, dividend policy, profitabilty.
