Abstract
The purpose of this study is to know whether LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, BOPO and FBIR partially and simultaneously have a significant influence on ROA to the Regional Development Bank. Data is a secondary data and data collection methods in this research is collection data from publication financial report at OJK website starts from the first quarter of 2012 until two quarter of 2017. sample used is BPD East Kalimantan, BPD Riau and Riau Islands and BPD Papua. The results show that APB, IRR and FBIR are partially negative impacts that have no significant impact on ROA of Regional Development Bank. LDR, IPR and NPL do not have a significant positive impact on ROA in Regional Development Banks. On the other hand, BOPO has a significant negative impact on ROA in Regional Development. The LDR IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, BOPO and FBIR variables that have the most dominant influence on ROA are BOPO. Keyword : Liquidity Ratio, Asset Quality, Sensitivity Market, Efficiency and Profitability
