Abstract
The purpose of this research is to test empirically the influence of leverage, sales growth, managerial agency cost and cash flow to financial distress. This research uses quantitative method. The population in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The technique of data analysis that use in this study is logistic regression analysis with SPSS 22. The result of this study explain that leverage and managerial agency cost have no effect to financial distress, but sales growth and cash flow have negative influence tofinancial distress.
