Abstract
This study aimed to determine the effect of size, growth opportunity, asset structure, and profitability on capital structure in the Financial Servises Authority 2012-2017period. In theory, determining the factors that affect the capital structure based on the signaling theory and pecking order theory. This study included 14 joint vernture convensionalbank with quantitative research and using secondary data obtained from Financial Servises Authority website. The data of this study are qualified classical assumption test and conformance test models with adjusted R2 of 28,3 % were treated with multiple linear regression techniques. The analysis showed that growth opportunity and profitability related to capital structure while the size and asset structure has no significant effect on capital structure.
