Abstract
This purpose of research is to examine the influence of decision making investment, profitability, policy of dividend, leverage and good coorporate governance to value of the company as dependen variabel. This study do on the company basic industrial sector and chemical with populations 65 company. This study used financial report di BEI periode 2012 – 2017 as sample. Sampling method used porposive sampling with criteria is determined. The were sample 84 data in analize with used data analize. The first used to testasumsi klasik before used hyppothesis test. This study used multiple regression analize in SPSS 23.0. The result of research that decision making investment, profitability and good coorporate governance have significant to value of the company, but policy of dividend and leverage not significant to value of the company.
