Abstract
This research is motivated by the problem of small-medium enterprise's role which influences to the economic improvement in certain area or place. Currently, the interest rate of people business credit program has been established by government in nine percent, it is in line with government's program, one way to increase the economy is by helping to finance these smal-medium enterprises with low interest rate. The purposes of this research are to find out the requirements, constraints, and positive impacts on economy of the micro enterprise's business credit program. This research uses interview method and also secondary data, by asking some questions to the related parties, while the secondary data is obtained from certain books which relate to the credit. The results show that people's business credit program has positive impacts, including: customers who take this business credit program can buy private car, then for those sellers can sell it in other areas. But, there is an obstacle on the distribution of this people business credit program, especially in BRI wondang witar Pasuruan unit, it is: fund that should be used for one's business purpose, but it is used by different or other person.
