Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of board composition and intellectual capital on firm’s value. The object of this research was mining companies listed on South East Asian during 2014-2016. Firm’s value as dependent variable measured by PBV. The independent variables in this research are board composition measured by independent board, board size and board gender, and then intellectual capital that measured by VAIC. This study using census method to obtain a sample. Data analysis method used is SmartPls 3.0. The result of this study indicated board size and board gender have significant effect on firm’s value but intellectual capital has no effect on firm’s value.
