Abstract
This study aims to determine the variables in predicting debt, ownership structure, profitability, and dividend policy. The method used in this study uses Debt Equity Ratio (DER). Managerial ownership in this study was measured using Managerial Ownership (MOWN), ownership in this study using (INST), profitability in this study using Return on Assets ( ROA), dividend policy in this study is used by using Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Research samples are companies listed on the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) in the period 2012-2016. Sampling was selected based on purposive sampling method, so there were 13 companies as research samples. This study uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that the model fit / model worthy to be studied with the research variables were DER, MOWN, INST, ROA, and DPR that were able to explain the phenomenon of corporate value well.
