Abstract
Dividend policy is the set of guidelines a company uses to decide how much of its earnings it will pay out to shareholders. The purpose of this research to examine free cash flow, company growth, coliateralizable assets and life cycle that affect dividend policy an manufacturing comapnies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Population of this study is the manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014-2017 period. Sample was determined trought purposive sampling method of the criteria specified then selected 157 linear regression.The results of the analysis indicate that the company growth and collaterazible assets does not have a significant effect on dividend policy. Free cash flow negative and significant effect on dividend policy. Furthermen, life cycle positive and significant effect on dividend policy.
