Abstract
The influence is meant to test the influence of profitability,institusional ownership leverage, and firm size to firm value. The independent variables are profitability,institusional ownership leverage, and firm size. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is firm value. The samples are 35 companies which are listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) and the research periods are five years which is started from 2012 to 2015. The sample collection technique has been done by using purposive sampling. The financial statement data has been obtained from Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The analysis method has been done by using the multiple linear regressions. The result of this research shows that (1) profitability has influence to firm value. (2) institusional ownership has influence to firm value; (3) leverage has influence to firm value; (4) firm size has influence to firm value. Keywords : profitability,institusional ownership leverage, firm size.
