Abstract
This empirical research was needed to find out the influence of the capital structure, profitability, growth opportunity, investment decisions on the firm value in goods and consumption companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange for the period 2012 - 2017. The capital structure, profitability, growth opportunity, investment decisions as an indicate independent variable and than firm value as an dependent variable the year of 2012-2017. This research using purposive sampling in determining the sample and use SPSS 23.0 as hypothesis testing. The research shows the capital structure, profitability, growth opportunity, investment decisions is significant to firm value. The study has implications that investors should consider capital structure, profitability, growth opportunity, investment decisions when they want to invest by expecting information about stock valuation in companies that a high level of capability in maximizing firm value. Key words : Capital Structure, Profitability, Growth Opportunity, Investment Decisions and Firm Value
