Abstract
This study aims to analyze the significance effect of managerial ownership, profitability, firm size, capital structure on firm value. The subject of this research were all mining sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2012-2016. The sampling technique used census sample technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 23.00. The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership, firm size, and capital structure have a significant effect on firm value, but profitability has no significant effect on firm value. Key words: managerial ownership, profitability, firm size, capital structure, firm value
