Abstract
Corporate social responsibilityis a responsibility of the company disclose its social responsibility in an organization that is required to publicly traded companies in terms of the size of an operation being run. This study aims to describe and analyze the effect of liquidity profitability leverage enterprise size and board size are independent of the company's social responsibility disclosure base and chemical industry sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2012-2017. purposive sampling is used to select the sample in order to obtain 198 data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the profitability of the liquidity and leverage no significant effect on the Corporate social responsibility disclosure while the size of the company and the size of the independent board significant effect on the Corporate social responsibility disclosure. keywords: Corporate social responsibility, profitability, liquidity, firm size, leverage, size independent board of commissioners.
