Abstract
Firm performance is the result or achievement that is influenced by the companies operational activities in utilizing the resources owned or the results of management activities. This research was purposed to find out the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership and capital structure on firm performance. The population in this research were manufacturing firm in the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2016. The data used are secondary data obtained from the financial statements and annual reports published by each company. The sampling technique used saturated sampling. Methods of analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that managerial ownership have no effect on firm performance. Institutional ownership have no effect on firm performance. Capital structure have a negative effects to firm performance.
