Abstract
Capital structure can determine the company’s operation. The company can used debt or equity to fund company’s operation. Good management of the capital structure made company survive. This study aims to examine profitability (ROA, ROE), liquidity (CR, QR), ownership structure (KM, KI), dividend policy (DPR), bussines risk (DOL) on capital structure (DER). The subjects of this study use infrastructure, utilities, transportasion companies which are listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2013-2017. Sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Data analysis technique used in this research is SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 3.0. The result of data analysis shows that profitability, dividend policy, and bussines risk have no effect on capital structure, while liquidity, and ownership structure have a significant negative effect to capital structure.
