Abstract
The purpose of the study was to test empirically the effect of the structure of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on corporate performance (ROA) in the mining sector companies. Corporate Governance components used in the research that managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and audit committee. The population in this research that companies in the mining sector listed on the Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The research proves Good Corporate Governance (GCG) no significantly affect the financial performance of companies with variable managerial ownership, institusional ownership, and audit committee. The higher the managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and audit committee, it will improve the performance of a company. Keywords: Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, and audit committee.
