Abstract
This study aimed to determine and analyze the influence of profit margin, liquidity, operating efficiency, profitability, financial leverage. Financial distress as dependen variable measured by interest coverage ratio. The independen variable in this study measured by profit margin, current ratio, asset turn over, return on equity, debt asset ratio. This research used quantitative methods. The population in this study is manufacturing company sector of textile and garment industry listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2012-2017. Based on purposive sampling method, acquired 16 companies that the research sample. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange for manufacturing company sector of textile and garment industry in 2012-2017. Data analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis. The result showed that profit margin and operating efficiency had significant effect on the financial distress, while liquidity, profitability and financial leverage does not have a significant effect on the financial distress.
