Abstract
The value of a company is an investor's assessment of the company. One of the company's goals is generally to get the maximum profit and increase the value of the company. The value of the firm is the investor's perception of the company as measured by the book value. This study aims to examine the influence of dividend policy, corporate social responsibility, firm size, and capital structure to firm value in food and beverage manufacturing sector period 2012-2017. The sampling technique in this study used census technique. Data analysis technique used in this research is doubled linear regression. The result of data analysis shows that corporate social responsibilty, firm size, and capital structure have an effect on firm value, while dividend policy has no effect to firm value. This shows that corporate social responsibility, utilizing assets, and managing capital as well and as much as possible can increase the value of the company, as indicated by the increase in the value of Price to Book Value (PBV).
